Have you felt your jury selection skills need work? Which jurors are you supposed to strike and why? What questions should you ask? What are your goals? In this power session, nationally renowned jury consultants Karen Lisko and Dan Wolfe, both former ASTC Presidents and well-known for their solid national reputation on high profile and high exposure litigation, will pull back the curtain to walk attendees through the entire jury selection process. Karen and Dan will provide insights on how they would view a panel and approach questioning in an intriguing 21st Century workplace discrimination case.
